Peter Ohnemus

Chairman

Peter Ohnemus is a high-tech entrepreneur who co-founded ASSET4, the world’s leading provider of extra-financial information, in 2003. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Ohnemus has been active as a venture capitalist through The e-Firm. Prior to this, he was the co-founder of The Fantastic Corporation, which as CEO he took from foundation to IPO on the Frankfurt Neuer Markt with Goldman Sachs/Deutsche Bank in less than four years. Mr. Ohnemus previously held executive positions with Sybase, Logic Works and COS, all of which went public during his tenure. He played a leading role in the success of all these companies and won the accolade of "Entrepreneur of the Year 1999" in Switzerland. He is a frequent commentator in the trade and business press as well as on television. Mr. Ohnemus has co-authored the book Marketing Strategies for the New Economy, published by J. Wiley & Sons and serves on the boards of Rothschild Bank, SQL AG and Visonys.

Patrick Burkhalter

Patrick Burkhalter is CEO of Ergon Informatik AG, one of Switzerland's leading IT company. He has formed Ergon from a spin-off of the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) to become a well- established, preferred software supplier for global companies such as Credit Suisse, UBS, Swisscom, Novartis and Hoffmann-La Roche. Patrick Burkhalter holds degrees in computer science and economics from the University of Zurich. Before joining Ergon he worked as an IT consultant for Phibro Salomon Brothers and Belimo Automation AG. In
1987 he joined Ergon, responsible for the development of a graphical user interface framework. In 1992 he joined the board of directors and was nominated as CEO. In the following years he positioned Ergon as a leading software company deploying state of the art IT technology in successful large-scale projects. In 1996 Ergon developed Switzerland's first internet banking for Credit Suisse, including world's first standalone Java Internet Banking and Brokerage Client in 1998. Ergon was awarded by Sun Microsystems for its "outstanding achievements" in April 1999 at the Authorized Java Center Convention in San Francisco. Ergon's Internet Banking and Brokerage Solutions for Credit Suisse have been awarded as Europe's best solutions by the Lafferty Group in 1999 and as the worlds best internet banking by Forrester Research in 2000. During this time he formed a team of security specialists, which is now the core development team for Visonys products. Patrick Burkhalter also serves as board member of Ergon Informatik AG, Switzerland.

Dr. Matthias Oertle

Matthias Oertle is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin, a leading Swiss law firm. His special expertise includes banking and capital market law, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and commercial law. Matthias Oertle has written various articles in the area of corporate law, competition law and corporate finance. He studied at the University of Zurich and completed a doctorate thesis on joint ventures under Swiss Law.

Peter Affolter has 17 years of business experience in European companies in various functions. His last position was with Eurotax, the leading information provider in the automotive industry, where Peter Affolter has been CTO for several years. Today he is a business angel with several startup companies.

Daniel Gutenberg

Director

Daniel Gutenberg is a General Partner of VI Partners AG focusing on IT. He was Chairman and CEO of Gutenberg Communication Systems AG, a company he started in 1991. Subsequent to selling Gutenberg Communication Systems AG to the Telindus Group in 2000, he became Country Manager of Telindus for Switzerland, Austria and Hungary, and he was also a member of the Executive Board. He is member of the board of YPO Young President’s Organization and since 2005 member of the board of directors of COS Computer Systems AG. Daniel Gutenberg holds a degree in HF Engineering from CPLN Technical School in Neuchatel.

Florian Gutzwiller

Florian Gutzwiller is the Founder and Chairman of Open Systems AG. He  founded the company in 1990. Open Systems was contracted by Credit  
Suisse (then SKA) in 1993 to develop and support a security solution  that enabled Credit Suisse to be the first Swiss bank to provide full  
Internet-access to all of their employees. Florian later changed the  
business away from system integration to a pure-play managed security provider strategy. In 2003 he retired to the board and hired a new  
CEO who under whom Open Systems successfully maintains and further expands it's leading position in the managed security market. Florian  
currently also holds the position of a Regional Director with Fortinet, Inc. to develop and strengthen it's pre-IPO sales organization in Central and Eastern Europe.
